End User Terms
These terms apply to the Golden Dorado apps you obtain through the Atlassian Marketplace ("the apps"). "We" means Golden Dorado LLC; "you" means the organization that installs an app and its users. By installing or using an app you agree to these terms. They sit alongside the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, which govern your purchase through Atlassian.
1. License
While you hold a valid license (paid or evaluation) purchased through the Atlassian Marketplace, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the apps for your internal business purposes on the Atlassian site the license covers, for the number of users you paid for. Pricing, billing, refunds and renewals are handled by Atlassian under its Marketplace terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the apps; reverse engineer them except where the law allows it; use them to break the law or infringe others' rights; or try to get around license checks.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you use with the apps. You give us only the permission needed to display it back to you through the apps. The apps store no content of their own; see our privacy policy.
4. Support and updates
We provide support as described on our support page and keep the apps compatible with Atlassian Cloud for the term you paid for. We may change or improve the apps. If we ever retire an app, we will give at least 90 days' notice.
5. Warranty disclaimer
We build the apps with care, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, in part because they run on Atlassian's platform, which we do not control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and (b) our total liability arising out of these terms or the apps is limited to the amount you paid for the app concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
These terms end when your license ends or you uninstall the app. We may suspend or end your use if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within 30 days of notice. Sections 3, 5, 6 and 9 survive termination.
8. Third-party components
The apps include open-source components (for example Swagger UI, markdown-it, Mermaid, highlight.js, CodeMirror and DOMPurify) under their own licenses, which remain available from their authors.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, have jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
