What to include
- Which app, and your site address (
your-site.atlassian.net). - What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
- If a spec or Markdown document does not render, a small example that shows the problem (remove anything confidential).
Please do not send passwords or API tokens. We never need them.
Known limits
Each app's documentation lists what it does not do and why: OpenAPI Viewer, Markdown Viewer.
Atlassian platform problems
Our apps run on Atlassian's Forge platform. If several apps misbehave at once, check developer.status.atlassian.com. We will tell you when a problem is on Atlassian's side.
